We will list your home for sale in your local MLS for one year. Any and all extensions are always free of charge. You are free to cancel at any time, and are not locked into listing agreement with us like other agents require.
The basics
We offer full agent support in real-time and also offer professional photography, a combination lockbox, a high-visibility professional 6" yard sign, and full showing software. We broker the entire transaction on your behalf, provide interpretation and explanation of all offers, contracts, and other forms necessary to list and close the transaction.

Listings with more and better photos get more views. Our professionals will photograph your property using a wide angle lens, specifically designed for real estate photographs, and every listing includes 35 pictures!
Market analysis
We work exclusively within the Chicagoland area and know the local markets. We will review recent comparable sales and assist you setting your listing price.

All showings are scheduled using ShowingTime, our professional scheduling service software. You will receive all showing requests by email or text and have personalized webpage where you can access information and feedback from your showings.
Internet exposure
We will advertise your listing for sale on over 800 real estate search websites including Zillow. Redfin, Trulia Realtor.com, and many more! Plus, your listing will show up on all full service real estate company websites such as Shorewest, Keller Williams, Re/Max, Baird & Warner, Coldwell Banker, etc.
Negotiation & closing services
We will receive and present all offers to you. We can then advise you on strategy and handle all negotiations on your behalf. We will coordinate all inspections, order title, schedule your closing, and review your settlement statement for accuracy. And all this is at no additional charge to you!
